A £100 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking for stays of up to 2 weeks. Deposits for longer stays are by negotiation.
The balance is payable 12 weeks prior to departure. If the balance is not received the booking will be cancelled.
Cancellation policy:
- Up to 12 weeks before arrival date - no extra charge
- 4 to 12 weeks before arrival date - 50% of total charge refunded
- 2 to 4 weeks before arrival date - 25% of total charge refunded
- Less than 2 weeks before arrival date - no refund
Customers are reminded that they are responsible for making their own insurance arrangements. We accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident suffered by you or any member of your party whilst staying at the apartment.
Apartments are normally available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated at 10.00am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
